2008 Small Grant Program Awardees: Final Follow UP
The Office of Neighborhood Involvement and the Southwest Neighborhoods, Inc. are excited about the opportunity to speak to you about the completion of your projects and how the small grants program has helped you to build local partnerships, increase neighborhood involvement, attract new and diverse members and sustain and build a strong local network.
We would like to take 30-45 minutes to interview you by phone about how the small grants program has impacted your neighborhood and about your overall experience with the program. We want to hear about your success and about the barriers you have faced during your projects. This interview will provide us with the information necessary to demonstrate to the ONI Bureau Advisory Committee and the City Council that supporting funding for this program serves the communities and provides vital support to neighborhood community building projects.
I have included the interview protocol below for your review. The more detail you can provide (in the form of numbers and descriptions) the better we will be able to understand the impact the small grant program has had on your community project. These 30-45 minute interviews will be scheduled through email.
Interview times that are open are Monday, Wednesday and Friday Sep 10th, 12th and 15th between 9-3 and Sep 29th, Oct 1st and Oct 3 between 11-3. If these times do not work please contact me for further arrangements. These interviews are seperate from the final report due
