Betsy Shand, South Burlingame neighbor, and Sylvia Bogert, SWNI Executive Director, have spoken about organizing a South Burlingame neighborhood meeting in September. Betsy indicated that she and another interested person might consider co-chairing the neighborhood.
The following items have been suggested for the agenda:
• All Portland residents recently received new trash receptacles. Did you know you have choices? Attend the neighborhood meeting and learn some of your options.
• It’s time for neighborhood small-grant proposals. Bring your ideas for neighborhood projects that need funding.
• South Burlingame NA is very proud of the 6th and Terwilliger intersection improvement project’ What do you think about discussing improvements for the unimproved vacated land at SW Spring Garden and SW 12th?
